We are able to offer a fully compliant probate valuation and clearance service for executors, solicitors and also private individuals who are related to the estate of the deceased.

All our property, fine art and house contents valuations comply with the associated regulations and are carried out by a RICS registered valuer. We aim to make it as easy as possible when dealing with what can be quite a complicated and uneasy area.

All our work is prepared to the highest standard. We provide a range of tailored services including fine art valuation, property valuation, inheritance tax matters and estate administration. With all of our work all legal documentation will be provided to the executor and you can be sure that all of our work is carried out with accordance with section 160 of the Inheritance Tax Act (1984).

Our team are highly experience in probate valuations and are able to offer advice and assistance when dealing with an estate. We understand the documentation needed to prove the value items and therefore and are therefor able to provide a fully compliant valuation report.

We can arrange a date and time when suits the executor to visit and carry out the valuation and will provide a detailed report in a timely manner.
